George Serdar represents businesses and individuals in disputes. He is both an experienced litigator and a certified mediator. George has wide experience in litigating business disputes.
The subjects of the disputes can include such issues as non-competition agreements, contract breaches, shareholder rights, break-ups of professional organizations, trust disputes, and senior executive employment matters. Because George has practiced in the dispute-resolution area for more than 30 years, he can quickly assess the legal issues involved in a case, advise his clients on how to proceed, and represent their interests in court.
He also is hired by other lawyers as a mediator to facilitate settlements of business lawsuits. George sees uncertainty as one of the most expensive commodities in business. He sees it as his responsibility as a mediator to resolve the disputes that cause uncertainty and great expense as expediently as possible.
George Serdar also has broad experience in legal ethics matters and represents lawyers in proceedings involving the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
