John Larson assists business owners as they start their companies, raise capital, and operate their organizations. Included in his work are such activities as advising new businesses on the proper legal business structure, negotiating vendor and customer contracts, advising on marketing, employment, and financing agreements, managing risk, and addressing regulatory and customer-complaint issues.
He represents participants in real estate financings, syndication, securities issuances, and stock and convertible debenture financings. He also guides organizations through regulatory compliance matters and cases involving distressed real estate.
Among John’s clients are early-stage companies, individuals, banks, and investment banks. Of particular value to these clients is the fact that John has started companies himself and served on boards of directors. He brings not only legal experience, but business and regulatory experience as well. That perspective means his clients have an advocate who is familiar with all the elements essential to running a thriving and profitable enterprise.
