We collaborate with each client and devise a collection strategy specifically tailored to each client’s unique recovery objectives. Position Details
At Messerli Kramer, Client Services Representatives are trained to work closely with our attorneys and clients to manage their relationship(s) in the following ways:

  • Providing excellent communication to all clients, by anticipating and resolving issues in a manner that exceeds the client’s expectations.

  • Responding to client audit requests and questionnaires by assigned deadlines.

  • Participating in monthly calls, remote audits, and on-site visits.

  • Reviewing client recalls, exception reports of all types, and updates provided by clients to solve critical issues in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Delivering forecast information, various types of logs, and other documentation in the manner required by the client.

  • Communicating regularly with the client to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs.
