Messerli Kramer serves individuals and businesses through three unique, yet complementary, divisions. We represent a variety of clients. The Human Resources Coordinator would operate out of Plymouth, which is our renowned Credit and Collections office. The position is part-time.

Job Description for the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Position:

Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a part-time Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team in our Plymouth office. This position will provides general administrative duties to the Human Resources department. Duties include assisting with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, training and development and off boarding of employees.

Key Responsibilities and Duties for the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Position:

Recruiting

  • Work with Sr. Human Resources (HR) Generalist to schedule interviews, track applicant status, prepare materials and ensure smooth recruiting process

Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Coordinate background checks and drug tests with vendors
  • Coordinate orientation for all new hires
  • Coordinate badge and security access for all new hires
  • Conduct exit interviews and summarize for management

Benefits/Payroll

  • Liaison with HRIS system to ensure benefits and payroll processing are accurate and timely
  • Reconcile any discrepancies in benefits, payroll or timekeeping system
  • Maintain accurate information in HRIS system
  • Generate reports as needed from HRIS system
  • Review bi-weekly payroll with Sr. HR Generalist in coordination with Finance Department
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Free parking (job is on-site)

Requirements for the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Human Resources (HR) experience a plus
  • Previous payroll or timekeeping system experience a plus
  • Highly professional with a strong customer service orientation, commitment to meeting deadlines, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong people skills
  • Attention to detail

Hours for the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Position:

PART-TIME: 15 to 20 hours per week

Pay:

Up to $25.00 per hour
