In the past several weeks, Messerli Kramer has taken a moment to pause and reflect on the recent events which have deeply saddened, outraged and divided our city and our country. We have taken this time to look within ourselves as individuals and as a firm, as well as, our Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Messerli Kramer strives to be better, better for ourselves, better to each other and better for our community. We commit to Recognize, Celebrate and Educate. We recognize our differences; we celebrate our differences and we will educate ourselves on how to better embrace those differences.

Messerli Kramer stands with those who protest for injustice and against systemic racism that has plagued and continues to plague our system. We stand with Black Lives Matter. We stand with all communities of color. These continued disparities and injustices have reinvigorated Messerli’s principles to listen and engage more with our diverse communities and make a difference by engaging our employees to have difficult and challenging conversations, listen to those who have never been heard and be their voice, stand up and be a part of the change and uphold our core values of integrity, ownership, pride, teamwork and community service in a time where our community needs us the most.

Messerli Kramer pledges to continue our work within the community supporting local non-profit organizations in communities of color. We renew our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion by leveraging a diverse and inclusive workplace to achieve superior results. Our goal is to attract, develop and retain the best and brightest from all walks of life and backgrounds. We believe that diversity and inclusion helps us to build a stronger firm and to better serve our clients when we reflect our community in which we operate and serve. We strive to create a culture of inclusion where all individuals are respected, treated fairly, provided a work-life harmony, and have the opportunity to excel in their chosen careers.

We know it doesn’t stop here. We know there is plenty of work to be done. Messerli is committed to being a part of the conversation, being a part of the change. We are in this together.
