John Lang, President of Messerli Kramer, was quoted in a recent Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal article on out-of-state law firms expanding their market share to Minnesota. Lang spoke optimistically about the onslaught of new firms entering the Twin Cities market. Lang stated “The typical rate structure at regional and national firms isn’t a fit for most middle-market companies.
