• Represented national equipment lessor in multi-jurisdictional federal and bankruptcy court litigation, successfully recovering a substantial amount of high dollar value collateral.

• Representation of multiple, national equipment lessors in litigation over the execution, validity, and priority of liens in state and federal court actions, including replevin, adequate protection, and relief from stay motions.
