Amanda K. Linden





Amanda Linden focuses her practice on the collection of consumer debt for corporations, banks, and businesses. She also represents creditor clients in bankruptcy proceedings by filing claims, adversary proceedings and relief from stay motions. Before joining the Messerli Kramer Collections group, Amanda practiced in Southern Minnesota in the areas of litigation, banking, and bankruptcy.

While completing her degree at William Mitchell College of Law, Amanda was a staff member for the Law Review, participated in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition, volunteered through the Minnesota Justice Foundation, was a student certified attorney with Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP): The Reentry Clinic, and clerked for a firm in St. Paul.
