Chelsea M. Mularoni

Assistant: Maria Thompson

Chelsea Mularoni focuses her practice in banking and finance, including structuring and documenting complex commercial transactions involving real estate and construction.

Chelsea has experience with government-guaranteed lending, including Small Business Administration (SBA) loans; renewable energy and energy efficiency lending, including Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing; and land development for wind and solar farms across the country. Prior to law school, Chelsea worked for a general contractor as a construction project manager in the renewable energy division where she gained valuable experience in a wide range of issues including planning, execution, and completion of a construction project.
