Gabriel Branco is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s commercial real estate and corporate groups. Gabriel has a deep background in M&A and commercial real estate work across an array of industries, from manufacturing to technology to food and agriculture. He has represented clients of all sizes, from small, closely-held businesses to large, public companies, and he has served as counsel on both the buy-side and sell-side for an array of deal sizes and transaction scopes, establishing himself as a trusted and personable advisor for clients in lower- to middle-market business transactions, and especially with those involving significant real estate components.
