Gina C. Ziegelbauer





Gina Ziegelbauer focuses her practice on creditors’ remedies and collection litigation, representing a variety of clients from small businesses to large lenders. During law school, Gina gained a unique perspective on the litigation process through her internship in the chambers of Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack. Gina also worked as a research assistant dealing extensively with the Wisconsin Consumer Act, participated in moot court, and gained experience in alternative dispute resolution.

In practice, Gina advocates for the firm’s clients, seeking outcomes that benefit both sides and continues her focus on the Wisconsin Consumer Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
