John Rogers concentrates on debt recovery matters for the firm’s clients. He has over twenty years experience representing a wide variety of creditors in debt recovery matters, including debt buyers, major retailers, financial institutions, collection agencies, and individual creditors.
Prior to joining the firm, John was in private practice with a law firm in Omaha, Nebraska, primarily representing creditors in debt recovery matters, handling claims and litigation from initial demand to collection and defense of judgments. Prior to private practice, he was employed as an attorney manager for an asset liquidation company and as general counsel for an automobile leasing company.
John is a frequent lecturer on various topics, including debtor and creditor law; judgment enforcement; the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); bankruptcy; and creditors’ rights.
