Sam Evans is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group. He advises fund managers and businesses on private market and strategic transactions, offering practical guidance on fund formation, corporate governance, securities regulation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Sam guides clients through complex transactions with practical counsel that removes obstacles, strengthens relationships, and advances strategic objectives.   • Advised numerous private fund managers on both buy-side and sell-side transactions in the following industries: industrial manufacturing; technology; healthcare; financial services; business services; telecommunications; automotive; hospitality; and aerospace & defense.
  • Represented a private equity buyer in the $2.3 billion acquisition of telecommunication business.
  • Represented a private equity buyer in the acquisition of a $118 million consumer company out of bankruptcy.
  • Represented a private equity buyer in the acquisition of a $50 million consumer healthcare business.
  • Represented a  private equity buyer in the acquisition of a $28 million aluminum manufacturer.
  • Advised a Fortune 500 company on the refinancing of a $5 billion loan agreement.
