In the five years she has been practicing law, Sunny Beddow has gained experience in a variety of areas that allow her to advise and assist her clients with matters related to real estate, business, and estate planning Sunny primarily practices in the area of real estate, assisting small businesses with lease negotiations, preparing easement agreements for homeowners, and representing developers in the acquisition and development of large scale mixed-use projects. She has worked with individuals, non-profits, and small and large businesses and enjoys structuring transactions and drafting agreements to achieve the best results for her clients. Sunny also enjoys helping small businesses with entity formation and assisting new parents with estate planning.

In 2017, Minnesota Super Lawyers® named Sunny as a Minnesota Rising Star, a distinction given to no more than five percent of attorneys in each state.

Representative Experience
  • Represented a large business in complex registration of a property into the Torrens system to cure potential title defects, including the renegotiation of old utility easements with the utility company and resolution of a boundary dispute with an adjoining landowner.

  • Represented small business in the purchase of its first commercial property in St. Paul, Minnesota.

  • Represented developer in the sale of commercial property in Rochester, Minnesota, with proceeds used in a 1031 exchange to purchase four residential properties to be developed into mixed-use in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

  • Represented developer in the sale of more than $90 million dollars of developed property in the Twin Cities.
