Messerli Kramer officially unveiled our mentor program in 2014 to promote career satisfaction and professional development by pairing each associate attorney with a shareholder-mentor. Our shareholders work with associates to develop a curriculum of activities designed for introduction to the firm, the legal community, and to the practical application of the principles of professionalism as it relates to client relations, client development, law firm management, work-life balance, and marketing.
Shareholders coach and guide associates to adjust to the challenges related to the practice of law. The mentor program at Messerli Kramer is designed to provide a unique opportunity for attorneys of all ages and experience-levels to get to know their fellow colleagues across the firm’s various departments and divisions, in order to lay the groundwork for a successful future.
