• Advised client on state regulatory lending limit issues, including researching applicable Minnesota Statutes and interfacing with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

• Assisted lender in review, customization and onboarding of a new form loan documentation system.

• Assisted lender with developing new template participation agreement forms to be used in variety of lending transactions, including loans with multiple participants, multiple advance loans, and construction-to-term financing.

• Assisted lender in developing form loan documents for a specific loan program to developers for acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing projects.
