About Us

Messerli Kramer Foundation

The mission of the Messerli Kramer Foundation is to financially assist and support Minnesota communities in their attempts to eliminate the disparities in education experienced by low-income or disadvantaged children and youth.

We are proud to acknowledge that the Messerli Kramer Foundation board is made up of a diverse group of individuals representing all levels of employment including administrative staff, paralegals, associate attorneys and shareholders from our offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul and Plymouth, MN. Each plays an active role in managing the Foundation’s charitable giving, as well as participating in key initiatives to raise funds throughout the year.

Established in 2005, the Foundation recognizes the historic community involvement of its founders, William F. Messerli and Ross E. Kramer.
