  • Represented lender in an $11.2 million loan transaction to a borrower as one of several layers of a $43 million loan for use in an historic tax credit project—renovating and rehabilitating the property into 234 apartments and condominiums.

  • Represented lender in a $10 million guidance line transaction to a borrower for building model, spec, and pre-sold single family homes on various lots located in Minnesota.

  • Represented lender in a $13 million loan transaction to a group of over fifteen Tenancy in Common borrowers for the acquisition of four medical office buildings valued at $22 million.

  • Represented lender in a $21 million aggregate facility loan transaction, divided amongst seven different borrowers—each with their own loan, to acquire seven separate industrial sites managed as part of an industrial portfolio.

  • Represented lender in a loan transaction to borrower for making property assessed clean energy (PACE) improvements to a major sports facility development.

  • Represented lender in two loan transactions with an aggregate value of $23.66 million to two affiliated borrowers, to refinance, renovate and fund leasing costs for two office buildings located in King County, Washington

  • Represented lender in transaction with multiple loans to multiple affiliated borrowing entities to create a financing package in the aggregate amount of $3.77 million for refinancing the debt secured to various entities owning senior living developments and corporate debt secured by borrower’s leasehold interest in an airplane hangar.

  • Represented lender in an $8.75 million loan transaction to borrower for refinancing current debt and funding tenant improvements to an office building located in Bloomington, Minnesota.

  • Represented lender in transaction with a $23.3 million loan and $2.5 million bridge loan to a borrower for funding the construction of a 157-unit multi-family apartment project in Plymouth, Minnesota, which included tax increment and city financing.
