Four Family Law Attorneys to present at Family Law Institute

Four members of Messerli Kramer’s Family Law group will be presenting during the 2020 Family Law Institute, presented by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education, on Monday, March 23^rd at the St. Paul RiverCentre. The presenters will include attorneys Josh Brekken, Vija Brookshire, Gary Debele and Deb Yerigan.

Gary, the main plenary speaker, will present the “2020 Family Law Update.”  Vija and Deb will co-present “Spousal Maintenance Upon Retirement: Is There an Answer?” and Josh will present “Real Estate Principles with a Landlord/Tenant Twist: Rental Income, Property Improvements, and Marital Interest.”
