Georgia Kellogg arrives at Messerli Kramer with four years of corporate experience, which includes a depth of work in mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, business succession planning, corporate governance, technology and data privacy law, and commercial real estate transactions. She has represented entities of varying sizes, ranging from closely-held businesses to mid-sized private companies, across an array of industries, from software and professional services to manufacturing and trucking, and has guided clients on both the buy-side and sell-side from the inception of the deal to its closing.
Pairing her legal practice in the lower- to middle-market transactional space with a background in accounting, Georgia understands both the legal and financial implications of a transaction and utilizes this skillset to effectively counsel clients on potential drawbacks of a particular deal structure and present pragmatic solutions to resolving issues.
At Messerli Kramer, Georgia will focus her practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, family-owned and closely-held business entities, corporate organization and reorganization, commercial real estate transactions, and complex transactions.
