Messerli & Kramer P.A. Promotes Attorneys David Weigman and Nancy Haas to Shareholders

Effective January 1, 2013, attorneys David Weigman and Nancy Haas are shareholders at Messerli & Kramer P.A.

Dave concentrates his practice on multi-million dollar merger and acquisition deals, real estate purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing. He offers not only legal services but an overall business strategy that fosters his clients’ growth before and after the deal is signed. In recent months, he has assisted clients in several complex m&a and financing deals that included both publicly held and privately held companies — with assets ranging from stock to real estate and intellectual property.

Nancy is part of Messerli & Kramer’s Government Relations group, headquartered near the State Capitol in St. Paul. She directly represents clients at the Minnesota Legislature, providing legislative consulting and monitoring in the areas of criminal justice, biosciences, tax, municipal and public finance, and transportation. She was recently named an “Up & Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer for her lobbying efforts for Minnesota law enforcement interests.
