Messerli Kramer is pleased to welcome Brendan Tupa to the Business Litigation group in Minneapolis, MN.
Most recently, Brendan was with a boutique law firm in the renewable energy arena, where he was a principal and served as the chair of the litigation group. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade in-house with Liberty Mutual Insurance, Inc., managing a caseload of 75+ litigation files for the Fortune 100 Insurance Company. He has a deep bench of experience in both state and federal courts, and his practice has touched everything from contract and construction cases to product liability and trademark litigation. While he has an extensive background in trial work, Brendan firmly believes in helping his private practice clients stay out of the courtroom altogether, using his experience as a former business owner to counsel them on tactical maneuvers and litigation avoidance strategies. He is an MSBA Certified Civil Trial Specialist and a Qualified Rule 114 Neutral. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and is licensed to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota, the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
