Messerli Kramer is pleased to announce that Terri Running has joined the Business Litigation group in Minneapolis, MN.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Terri worked as a solo practitioner at Running Law Firm in St. Paul, MN where she represented parties in financial disputes, workouts, and bankruptcy. Terri also spent twelve years as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, served as in-house Corporate Counsel (Special Assets) at U.S. Bancorp, and was an Associate Attorney at Kampf & Associates. At Kampf, she represented financially troubled businesses and individuals in workouts, settlements, bankruptcy cases and consumer matters. Terri began her law career as an Associate at Fredrikson & Byron, where she represented clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, trade secrets, TILA and debt collection matters. She also represented clients in bankruptcy matters. Terri received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota.
