Our Messerli | Kramer community is mourning the loss of our friend and colleague, Ross Kramer. Ross was a veteran, a pilot, an attorney, a lobbyist, a loyal friend, a dedicated father, doting grandfather and loving husband. Ross flew planes in Vietnam and was later a pilot for Northwest Airlines.  He joined Messerli | Kramer and built the Government Relations group. A giant at the Minnesota Capitol, Ross worked on some of the most significant issues in Minnesota: Marriage Equality, a new stadium for the Minnesota Twins, the Mall of America, light rail, and the Minnesota Zoo.  The Minnesota Twins are asking fans to observe a moment of silence in his honor at the Twins game on September 14th in honor of his contributions to the Twins.

“Ross was a loyal friend and colleague, in addition to being one of the best lobbyists in Minnesota.  He loved helping people and remained friends with clients and legislators throughout his career and into retirement. Our team will miss his friendship and counsel immensely.” Noted Katy Sen, Chair of Messerli Kramer’s Government Relations Division.

“Ross was a great person, well-respected by his peers as one of the most influential lobbyists at the Capitol.  We are honored that our Messerli | Kramer firm, will continue to bear the names of William Messerli and Ross Kramer.  Ross will be missed by so many, inside and outside of our firm, and we will do our best to honor his legacy.” Said Josh Hasko, President of Messerli Kramer.
