Alicia M. Westerhoff

Alicia Westerhoff is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Consumer Collections and Creditors’ Remedies group and focuses on aiding the firm’s clients in their debt recovery. Alicia represents a variety of clients from small businesses to large lenders in Minnesota conciliation, district, and appeals courts. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, and a J.D., Graduate Diploma in Comparative Civil Law, and a Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy from Louisiana State University. She has prior legal experience in insurance defense, electric power regulatory compliance, and product development. Alicia is also a state-certified fire fighter for the City of North St. Paul.
