Andrew Page is an attorney in the business litigation group with Messerli Kramer, with a particular focus in bankruptcy law, business restructuring, and insolvency. He also regularly represents creditors in equipment finance litigation and other specialty finance matters. His clients include financial institutions, asset purchasers, receivers, lenders, and businesses of all sizes and industries with financial interests in any of the above instruments.
Because of his litigation background, Andrew also specializes in litigation avoidance, allowing him to work closely with our transactional attorneys on an array of matters, including asset deals, finance arrangements, real estate agreements, workouts, and more.
Prior to MK, Andrew was a standout attorney with a large national firm, where he counseled clients in corporate trust, foreclosure, receivership, fraudulent transfer, and preference defense matters. He also gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk to the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, drafting opinions and memoranda on a range of novel issues under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code as well as Subchapter V of Chapter 11, created by the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019.
