Andrew Pratt is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate group, where he focuses on an array of transactional issues. With over twenty years of experience both in private practice and with in-house counsel roles, Andrew brings a blend of legal acumen, strategic insight, and a client-centric approach to his practice and with each of his clients.
In his role at Messerli Kramer, Andrew focuses primarily on representing clients in real estate issues and transactions, specifically with respect to the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He also assists in solving complex land use issues and driving environmental and property development projects.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Andrew also worked in-house with a renowned multinational finance company, where he led activity on municipal finance issues in its capital markets group. As a result, he has an ancillary practice in municipal bond work and economic development issues.
