Ashley Sampair is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group, where she advises businesses on a wide range of transactional and governance matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, contract negotiation, and securities offerings and other transactions. She enjoys helping business owners navigate complex legal decisions with clarity and confidence.
In her M&A work, Ashley has represented both buyers and sellers in asset and equity deals across diverse industries. She takes pride in helping clients prepare for successful exits or pursue strategic growth opportunities. Her approach emphasizes practical guidance, clear communication, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to keep deals moving forward.
Outside of M&A transactions, Ashley supports clients with their day-to-day legal needs. She drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and advises on corporate governance matters. She also counsels family-owned businesses on ownership transitions and organizational planning, helping them sustain and grow their operations across generations.
Ashley earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
