Carrie Bazella is a paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate group. Carrie brings over 30 years of experience in the legal field, primarily in complex, commercial real estate development, acquisition and financing transactions. Carrie also provides assistance to attorneys in the Corporate Law group.
Carrie is proficient in understanding the nuances of complex real estate development transactions. She is instrumental in the drafting of purchase agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, cost sharing agreements, public and private easement documents, and development agreements. She also provides oversight in ensuring site planning, land use and zoning applications and exhibits required for development approvals are accurately prepared and timely submitted. Carrie is particularly adept at title and survey review; resolution of title issues; the application, treatment and management of land use regulations; and providing assistance to clients seeking entitlements for existing and new developments. Carrie is also skilled in the review and preparation of traditional financing documents and navigating alternative financing mediums, including conduit, securitized and mezzanine loans.
