David J. Lenhardt (Dave) has over forty years of experience in providing legal advice to individuals and businesses. The main focus of his practice includes municipal law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, property title and boundary issues, construction law, mechanics liens, commercial litigation, and general business matters.
He has served as the City Attorney for the City of St. Michael since 1983, advising St. Michael’ City Council, Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority and staff in a wide range of municipal issues, including economic development, planning and zoning and code enforcement.
