Georgia Kellogg is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group, where she works primarily on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, business succession planning, corporate governance, and technology and data privacy law. She is also a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group, where she focuses on medium- and large-sized transactions.
Georgia has represented entities of varying sizes, ranging from closely-held businesses to mid-sized private companies, across an array of industries, from software and professional services to manufacturing and trucking, and has guided clients on both the buy-side and sell-side from the inception of the deal to its closing.
