He advises clients on entity formation and organization, governance, and ownership structuring, and regularly represents buyers, sellers, and investors in capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and ownership transitions. He approaches deals with a clear understanding of risk allocation, timing pressures, and the commercial objectives driving each transaction.
Jeremy’s real estate practice complements his corporate work and includes representing buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, negotiating and structuring commercial leases, and advising on real estate financing. He also counsels clients on tax-efficient real estate strategies, including Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, entity reorganizations designed to accommodate exchange requirements, and transactions involving Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) as replacement property within broader investment and succession planning strategies.
