Jessica Dulz is an attorney in the firm’s Family Law group. Jessica’s practice includes divorce, custody and parenting time, paternity, orders for protection, spousal maintenance, post-decree disputes, child support, third party custody, grandparent visitation, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Jessica is dedicated to serving her clients and advocating for their present and future goals. Prior to joining Messerli & Kramer, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Jason T. Hutchison in Hennepin County gaining valuable insight into the court’s perspective on litigated matters in family law. Jessica is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, and brings this knowledge and experience with her in every case.
