Natalie A. Roberts

Assistant: Noah Harstad

Natalie Roberts is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s estate planning group, where she focuses on the intersection of corporate law and complex estate planning work. She is dual licensed in both Minnesota and Florida, and she holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law, Graduate Tax Program.

With a deep background in corporate law, Natalie Roberts has carved out a particular niche in serving high-net-worth clients, business owners, and families with generational stakes in lower- and middle-market companies. She prides herself on helping her clients attain asset preservation, minimizing state and federal estate and income tax, and assisting in business succession planning. Using an array of techniques in responsible wealth transfer strategy, she also creates irrevocable trusts, such as Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts, Charitable Lead and Remainder Trusts, and both Grantor and Non-Grantor Trusts.

In developing tailored estate plans based on individual and organizational needs, Natalie Roberts helps clients achieve their goals by determining who will receive their property, when the transfer will occur, and under what circumstances. From incapacity planning and medical directives to durable powers of attorney and protective instruments, Natalie Roberts ensures that estate planning is a highly personal process.
