As an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Banking and Finance group, Shannon Cook focuses her practice on commercial lending and tax-credit-based financing operations. Her work includes drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex loan transactions, as well as reviewing legal opinions, examining title and survey documents, and conducting due diligence in an array of deals.
Shannon’s clients know her for her responsiveness, work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients’ needs. She strives to understand each client’s unique objectives and to work closely with them on a strategy to meet those needs.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Shannon developed an extensive practice around representing lenders originating and selling loans secured by multifamily projects to secondary market investor Fannie Mae.
