TJ Brink works with Messerli Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate group where he counsels both corporate and individual clients in all types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition and disposition, development, financing, leasing, risk management, and Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Over the course of his well-established career, TJ also has acted as in-house general counsel on over 85 multi-million-dollar commercial real estate projects involving the development and construction of retail, hospitality, mixed use, restaurant and multi-family properties and other large-scale developments.
