Kristy Fahland & Jonathan Septer Elected as Shareholders

Monday, November 20, 2017 – Messerli & Kramer is pleased to announce that attorneys Kristy Fahland and Jonathan Septer were elected Shareholders to the firm.

Kristy is an accomplished litigator and employment counselor in the firm’s Business Litigation group. She focuses her practice on assisting business owners in the areas of employment law, construction law, contract disputes, and related matters.

Jonathan is in his seventh year with Messerli & Kramer and leads the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on counseling closely-held businesses, institutional investors and lenders in connection with all phases of the commercial and agricultural real estate life cycle.
