Messerli Kramer is pleased to announce that Zachary Robins has joined the Business Services group in Minneapolis, MN.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Zachary was an Attorney in the Securities & Corporate Finance group at Winthrop & Weinstine where he focused his practice on working with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. As a co-founder of MNvest.org, Zachary was also instrumental in the creation of MNvest, a Minnesota law permitting investment crowdfunding, providing a new way to fund Minnesota’s growing businesses using registered online investment portals. Zachary has also worked in M&A for a Fortune 500 managed health care company, and served as corporate counsel for a local investment bank after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
