• Lobbied passage of Minnesota’s Central Notification System for Farm Product Liens and later amendments.

• Drafted and lobbied passage of the state’s only comprehensive agricultural lien statues recodification.

• Enacted amendment to Minnesota Corporate Farm Act allowing for expanded livestock operations.

• Assisted in drafting and passage of Farm-Lender Mediation program and later amendments.

• Secured funding for Minnesota Rural Finance Authority and expanded eligibility opportunities.
