Ally Diwik is an Attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Business Litigation group. Ally focuses her practice on employment law and business litigation, helping clients navigate complex disputes involving workplace matters, business conflicts, and other legal challenges. She brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to each matter and works closely with clients to develop practical strategies tailored to their goals.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Ally was an Associate Attorney in the Litigation group at Felhaber Larson, where she represented clients in employment and general business litigation matters, including disputes involving discrimination and harassment claims. Her prior experience also includes serving as a Summer Associate at Felhaber Larson and as a Certified Student Attorney with the Employment Law Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she gained valuable experience advocating for clients and addressing real-world legal issues.
Ally earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Colgate University and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
