Brian represents original credit issuers and debt buyers as well as businesses supplying goods and services such as motor vehicles, residential housing, and even daycare services.

Brian is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota state courts. He is also licensed to practice in the Ho-Chunk Nation, the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Court, the Lower Sioux Indian Community, the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Court and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court.
