Juhl Stoesz is a member of Messerli Kramer’s Estate Planning and Probate group. His practice focuses on estate planning and fiduciary matters, complemented by extensive experience advising on tax-qualified retirement plan compliance and administration. He brings nearly two decades of experience advising on complex regulatory and compliance matters involving 401(k) plans, pension plans, and other retirement benefit arrangements.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Juhl served as Vice President of Compliance and General Counsel at TSC 401K for more than 13 years and most recently as Vice President of Compliance at Blue Ridge Associates. His experience includes leading compliance and document consulting teams and providing technical and regulatory guidance on complex retirement plan matters.
Juhl earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota.
