Tram Ha is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group whose practice centers on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling and commercial transactions for lower- to middle-market companies. Tram represents buyers, sellers, founders, and investors across different industries, including hospitality, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and construction. She is known for a client-focused, pragmatic approach, prioritizing clear communication, deal efficiency, and risk management.
Tram advises clients through all phases of the deal lifecycle, including preliminary structuring, letters of intent, due diligence, and definitive agreements, as well as post-closing integration and transition matters. Her experience spans both sell-side and buy-side transactions, including equity and asset purchases.
In addition to M&A, Tram counsels companies on day-to-day corporate governance matters and a wide range of commercial transactions and agreements, including licensing agreements, supply and services agreements, and other contracts that support ongoing operations and growth.
Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Tram practiced corporate law on the East Coast. While in law school, Tram was a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Staff Editor on the Temple Law Review, member of the Temple Moot Court Competition Team, and Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
