Zach Robins Moderates "State of the Hemp Union" Panel

Attorney Zach Robins, part of Messerli Kramer’s Corporate group, recently moderated the “State of the Hemp Union” panel at the Central US Hemp Growers Conference in Bloomington.

The panel featured six Minnesota hemp industry professionals from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Minnesota Hemp Association, Minnesota Hemp Farmers & Manufacturers Association and the University of Minnesota. The panelists discussed the USDA Interim Final Rule for the Hemp Production Program along with the economic challenges being faced by growers, producers and manufacturers in the 2020 growing season.
