Canterbury Park and Doran Construction break ground on Canterbury Commons

Canterbury Park and Doran Construction, along with Shakopee Mayor and City Council Members, broke ground on the Canterbury Commons project earlier this week.  Messerli Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate group is excited to be a part of this multi-use redevelopment project which is the single largest redevelopment project in Shakopee’s history, according to Shakopee Mayor, Bill Mars. Canterbury Commons is projected to attract more than $400 million in private investment while creating new and in-demand housing options and high-wage employment opportunities in Shakopee.It will also add additional dining and entertainment venues, while improving traffic flow in the area.
