Kaeding Development Receives Approval for Land Acquisition at Seven Corners for Hotel and Housing Development

Messerli Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate team is pleased that their client, Kaeding Development, received the city council’s approval to acquire 2.4 acres of land across from the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
