Assisted closely-held Australian farm equipment manufacturer with organizing a U.S. subsidiary corporation and beginning retail sales in the United States.
Negotiated pipeline and utility easements; and right-of-way agreements on behalf of landowners throughout the nation.
Represented private equity fund in closing on more than $200 million in agricultural land investments throughout the United States.
Assisted individual and institutional investors, fund managers, and financial practitioners in the purchase of farmland throughout the United States, including environmental and general real estate due diligence.
Handled all aspects of enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, and 12 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on behalf of agricultural equipment financing and leasing company.
Assisted a member-owned financial cooperative in the audit and preparation of agricultural loan documents, lease contracts, and equipment financing contracts.
