Representative Experience
- Represented a nonprofit senior living organization in the development and financing of two phases of a senior living campus in Woodbury, Minnesota, including the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds totaling $70 million.
- Represented the shareholders in a health care services company in a share sale transaction for over $110 million.
- Represented a nonprofit senior living organization in the development and financing of a new assisted living and memory care project in Otsego, Minnesota, including the issuance of $29 million in tax-exempt revenue bonds.
- Represented a nonprofit senior living organization in the development and financing of a new skilled nursing facility, assisted living and memory care units on a site in Lee County, Florida, including the issue of $51 million in tax-exempt and taxable revenue bonds.
