  • Represented client in the acquisition, development, construction, financing and sale of five student housing projects located on the University of Minnesota campus, with an aggregate value of more than $200 million including the formation of Tenancy in Common structures to accommodate tax deferred exchanges.

  • Represented client in connection with the sale of an apartment project and simultaneous refinancing of a second apartment project, in which the mortgaged debt on the site sold was transferred to the second site and assumed by the site’s owner, providing major cost savings to the client.

  • Represented client in the acquisition of land, development, construction, financing and leasing of multiple regional retail shopping centers throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area.

  • Negotiated and counseled client in the acquisition of dairy-related facilities in California, Utah, and South Dakota for business handling more than $1 billion in annual sales.

  • Represented family trust in the acquisition of commercial, industrial, and office/retail real estate with values in excess of $20 million.

  • Represented regional client in the acquisition and redevelopment of a multinational corporate headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota.
